The technician (Mike) arrived within 30. minutes of me calling Texas Rooter. He was very professional and courteous. He quickly asset the situation and explained my options. After deciding on the option that worked best for me, he immediately got his equipment and got to work. Before he left,  he made sure ALL the drains were working properly. He did great work and he was super honest. He told me what it was going to cost, what he was going to do, fixed the problem, and charged me exactly what he said it was going to be. The customer service at Texas Rooter is the best.  After having my septic tank pumped, I found out I needed a repair to my septic line and risers installed to my septic tank.  I called around but Texas Rooter was the only place to respond fast.  Chris and Sam were very friendly and immediately knew what to do.  The job took several days and Sam’s communication throughout was great.  He was very thorough, courteous, and professional.  No one is excited about spending money on a septic system but they made the experience much better!
